  No, their buffet was supper good and CHEAP! They just discontinued their buffet and I really wish they would bring it back! However, their take out is really good and also really cheap. I wife and I just moved here and after we found this place we just can't stop going there. I am really thankful to have a good chinese place is such a small town like West Point.
  P.S. they already know my wife and I already and know what we wont as well. They are really friendly.

  Top's is fast, good, and cheap. Some of the menu options could have more flavor, such as the rice noodles, but all in all a good place to eat!
